It's getting closer to summer.

The summer season is just around the corner, and on May 1st the timetable will be expanded to 10 departures in each direction per day. We haven't had that many departures since 2019. From May 1st there will also be different prices on the different departures. Tickets for morning and evening departures, where there are usually fewer travelers, can be purchased with up to a 30% discount! Read more here .

Cafe Rallaren at Myrdal station has already opened for the season, but from May 1st, opening hours will be extended.

A winter with little snow and a warm spring means that it will soon be possible to walk or cycle from Myrdal to Flåm.

The mountain peaks are still covered in snow, the waterfalls are growing large and powerful, and the greenery and flowers are blooming. Spring is a fantastic time to visit The Flåm Railway. Will you take the trip?
